Hey! I have a unique op prison server and it had around a 20-30 player base. Then we went under maintenence for about 2 weeks and we lost all our players what we did was get better builds, graphics and plan on making the server a network. So to get the hype I made like a goal sheet so like after 30 players we add factions after 40 we add kitpvp but then since everyone left when we tried to advertise on pmc the players just joined the hub and left without joining the prison. We missed our chance. :/ were trying to find a manager to make sure we don't miss it again. I want the manager to help me through decisions, help the staff with their weaknesses and help us find youtubers and streamers you think are good and for the right price. If that's the kind of person you are please comment your prices and your skype. If I like them I will add you I have a very big budget. Thank you for your time

Hello acua,

I have been a server manager on over 2 networks and have managed both to the goals which the owners had set. I have great management skills and can listen well to what you wish to achieve and we shall achieve it. I worked on a server which reached 120 players after a 1 month downtime due to hackers/ddos and 1.8 update. While managing both networks I have supported many staff teams from different servers to produce staff which are confident and know what exactly what is right and what is wrong. I have great skills on minecraft server panels as well as any kind of configuration problems and I know how to code small java plugins.
