Can you explain how you know she is copying your server? I understand that she's violating your NDA, but she gives little to no description as to what it is, so I don't know how you can jump to such conclusions with such little information.

You must realize that you're making accusations against a person that could potentially involve legal action. Also, you didn't answer my question, but according to you, it was already answered?

If I'm reading this right, you want to take legal action on someone for being a staff member on another server or making their own whilst being a member of staff on yours? That sounds so barmy and if not impossible. It's a game after all and if you're going to bring legal action into a video game to something which isn't going to affect your business then that's just beyond me.

EDIT: To add onto that, you cannot have an NDA if the user did not sign to it.

Also, you're completely trashing the thread, yes I admit to doing it too but I'm sticking up for someone who I think you're just trying to target with your legal slurs when in a matter of fact, you're wrong.
