What are the positions for?
Setup Specialist are basically Server Setup Creators!
Web Developer are in Web Development / Setting up Website department!
Plugin Developer makes Minecraft Plugins [Java]!
Middleman, needs to be highly reputable over MCM with under 5 negative reputation!
Support [EN], They're always there to support our clients!

Payments?
The owner keeps a profit of 8% and Sales Representative gets 10% on every deal!
If there are no sales rep, Owner keeps 15% profit
