OptimalDevelopment is currently in the recruiting process, and is looking for talented individuals that possess certain traits such as:
- Maturity
- Professionalism
- Efficiency
- Kindness
- Experience in their specific field
The positions that we are recruiting for are located in the application.
The goal of OptimalDevelopment is to provide a safe, and quality service to server owners all across the community.
To generalize what OptimalDevelopment does; we are an organization that connects potential customers (server owners, YouTubers, and anyone else that needs our services) with our staff members (builders, server administrators, GFX artists, etc.).
Our staff members would make their money by doing what they do (90% of profits go to the staff member). For example, a server owner needs a builder and a GFX artist, we would connect that server owner with the builder and GFX artist and they would make money by doing their job. Or, a server owner needs advertising, so we connect them with one of our YouTubers and the YouTuber makes all of the money from advertising the server. Hopefully, this company would build up a reputation so that when a potential customer sees that you are affiliated with us, they can trust you and know that your work is high quality. I will need help creating the website, managing the staff team, managing our social media accounts, and providing support for customers.
