Today I'm here to tell you a bit about my server GalasticMC, most of you are here, of course, to apply for an Administrative position. I'm not going to tell you otherwise but as of right now the only available position is Helper, however, you can work up to a higher ranking position, such as a Moderator, Admin, etc.

Positions;

Owner: As an Owner, I develop most of the server, such as hcf. It's also my duty to help hire staff along with my Forums Manager. My goal is to achieve to the utmost greatest extent of my servers ability, and in doing so hiring staff to help me achieve this goal.

Community Manager: Community manager, is a member who manages the social sites, and community.

Forums Manager: Forums Manager, is well as it states in the name, manages the forums. They also help me in game when I give them a task or he/she gives themselves a task to which they can improve what they want.

Direct Manager: Direct Manager, directly controls the server and direct's staff and more

Admins: They are in charge of well, running the staff team, making sure we have a clean staff team that excels at what they/we hired them to do. In spite of the previous activities they're required to do, they must also hold the duties of a Moderator, and try their best to improve the server with their gmc perms which include making builds look better, holding events and such.

Moderator: Moderators are supposed to try their best to improve player game time by helping them in their best ability. Moderators should hold Moderating duties before anything involving playing, you signed up for the job, treat like so.

Helpers: We expect Helpers to basically do the same thing as a Moderator, other than the inability to ban, they can still help and are expected to hold those duties before playing.

We have not released the server to the public, we're currently working on bringing you the best experience by final touches on the server, so we have the least amount of glitches as possible, hire exceptional staff in which we can train them to be better, working on our platforms to hold the community to a better standard.

So the Forum Manager is higher than community Manager? And A tip, Maybe make Community Manager and Forum Manager one role
