Staff Manager @ Hyrise
I am hiring a staff manager for my server. You'd essentially be one of the highest ranked individuals managing and directing the staff members. A quick note to make is that the position is voluntary due to the server being non-profit and purely just for fun. This is more of an opportunity for people to keep busy, build their portfolio and demonstrate their ability to develop to an extremely talented and reputable management team.
Hard Requirements:
- Aged 16+
- At least 6 months of staff management experience.
- A minimalistic, at best, portfolio demonstrating your experience.
Server Information:
Hyrise is a cracked permitted server that currently features lifesteal, earth and practice pvp which is current still in development. We average between 15-30 players daily, sometimes more on weekends but due to the delay in development that number has been known to drop. We currently have an active discord with 900 members in, all of them real players and dedicated to the server. With the right drive, we'll recover to our 30+ average. The server has been operational since February 2026 and we are still going strong. Our statistics, for three months, is pretty good and we are now only starting to consider proper monetisation. The server began purely for fun, but is now developing into something a little more serious.
