Hello! We are currently looking into developing a server, there is a slight issue though, my partner and I are not very technical nor do we know where to begin.
We are looking for someone with experience running successful servers, who can help in the process. I will leave some details below so you can decide if you are interested or not!

What type of server is it?
- We plan on opening a Skyblock server. However, I am looking for it to be very competitive. I want it to be based around grinding, and putting effort into becoming IsTop1. We will offer PayPal payouts for all top islands.

What is your budget?
- We are unsure at the moment, it depends on how promising things are looking and how confident we are that you are allowing the server to succeed, but around the $xx,xxx range.

When do you want to launch?
- We are hoping we can have this server up and running ASAP. The sooner the better.

Some side notes
-no skidded premade server. we are looking for an experience that is currently unavailable and will make players stick to the server and want to work towards something.
-all positions are paid.
owner will be paid percentage of profits along with a flat rate (that we can discuss.) You will not be expected to put any money into it, but you will be expected to do all the heavy lifting. Finding Developers, finding Builders, finding Management, etc. From there, they will talk to us, and we will decide if they are a good fit for us, and discuss pay with them privately.
-all custom builds.
-all hand drawn art work. i do not any premade art.
i cant stress this enough, i want the server to be unique. one of the few things I am okay with not being custom, would be the core. ideally we would find a HQ private core that is not mass sold.
-server will be under development, BY YOU. You are running the server, we are simply funding the costs, and overlooking it all. Ultimately how soon the server can be up and running is on you, but we do want to be running as soon as possible. Ideally, by Christmas.

Just to note; if you want everything to be custom and extravagant. The build alone will take months to do if you have a custom spawn, custom skyblock island types as well as other builds you might need such as events or seasonal changes (halloween, christmas).. All that takes time.

Then custom plugins need to be coded and tested, then if done right you need a beta testing period which cannot be rushed where users will try to find bugs and exploits for you. Again takes time.

I don't see any problem with using pre-made (free or paid) plugins since theres no point paying a developer to make an exact copy of what's already out there.
