Hiring staff members for my new server!! I PAY ADMINS. AND YOUTUBERS

Hi there I am making a new server with a couple of other players. It is opening on march 18th. I am looking for 2-3 Mods, 5-3 Helpers and 3 Admins. I would also like as many youtubers/streamers as possible. I pay youtubers with 1000 subs and more. The more subs the more I pay. I don't pay that much if you have 1000 subs JUST SO YOU KNOW!! If you I have a ton of subs I will pay a lot! Apply to me through a discord pm. If you don't have discord than add me on skype. I would HEAVILY prefer discord though. My discord us utaninja#5416. I pay Head Admins. There will be one Head Admins. You can't start as a head admin.

You will not be able to start as admin unless you have players to vouch for you. I make RARE exceptions.

This is a faction based server with the normal plugins. The staff we already have are extremely active and can help with whatever you need. It is 1.7/1.8. We have a player base already but the server had to shut down due to the owner quitting. I have decided with a owner to start up again. We used to get 50-100 Players daily. We already have 5 staff.

The server is ready to go. All I need is staff now. I don't need all of the staff amounts I listed but those are my best hopes.

If you're talking about 1 head admin on 2 different servers, then it makes sense. If not then you need to rethink yourself.

You are in development stage or making a server? If you are planning on beginning to make one, there is no reason for 15 staff members. I can understand 1-6 in a variation of positions. But what you need when creating a server is players to start a player base. Not staff to make a staff base. Please re-phrase what you are trying to convey to us.

Okay, so I'm just trying to help you fix your thread, thats about it. So here's the deal right:

You say you have active staff, but you say all you need now is staff?

This makes it seem like you have no staff, yet you're saying you have active staff. Which one is it? Do you have staff, some staff, or none at all.

Players Daily

Does the server currently have >100 players whitelisted on it, or did it have >100 players on it before it shutdown. You need to clarify some things.

Youtubers

There's so many people trying to get youtubers here, it's honestly better to ask around or go find some for yourself - maybe get a slot or two, some advertising managers, or something useful.
