As some of you may have seen, I am the Owner of a hosting company along with Strider. We launched earlier this week to the general public, but then faced a minor set back with legal issues. But, nevertheless, we're getting back on track. I was going to create this thread earlier in the week but due to the legal issue - we had to focus on revamping the company.

We're looking to hire 2-3 Support/Sales Representatives for our hosting company. Below is the positions and what is required and benefits that come with it.

Support Representative
Our support representatives play a major part in our company. They are one of the keys to keeping the company running smooth. Support Reps handle tickets and live chat requests and keep our customers satisfied. This position is voluntary, although we do offer pay by the hour depending on experience. Pay can be discussed upon acceptance.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Must be able to provide accurate availability.
  • Must be mature.
  • Must have general system administration skills.
  • Must be able familiar with WHMCS/Pterodactyl/Multicraft.
  • Must be active on our Discord.
Sales Representatives
Another invaluable role in our company is Sales Representatives. They are the other key to keeping the company running. Without sales, it would be difficult for any business to stay level. Our Sales Reps are paid by commission, not hourly. We offer competitive commission rates to keep our representatives motivated. Sales Reps do not have a set schedule, they are required to bring sales to the company by using various methods.
  • Must be 16 or older.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Must meet monthly sales requirements.
  • Must be mature.
  • Must be able familiar with WHMCS.
  • Must be active on our Discord.
Additionally, we require all potential employees to take our Employee Application Form ("EAF") before being considered. From there, you can submit your CV/Resume. If you are accepted, we'd obviously like to know more information about you, your potential new job, and what else you can bring to our company/team.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns you can click the banner in my signature and message Jake or myself on Discord.

Kind Regards,
Tyler
