ABOUT EXCEPTIONALMC
ExceptionalMC is an upcoming network which is currently in early stages of development. The server will be opening with an OP-Prison server and will later expand into more gamemodes.

WHAT WE NEED
We are searching for someone who can manage ExceptionalMC. We need an active highly-experienced user who can spend their time managing our network and community.

YOUR ROLE AND DUTIES
• Solving server issues
• Managing the staff
• Setup plugins configurations and server setups

REQUIREMENTS
• Over the age of 15
• Experience with Minecraft Servers (Prison Servers are an asset)
• Expansive knowledge of Java and advanced implementation of the Bukkit API
• You must be able to contribute a reasonable amount of hours

PAYMENT
Your monthly payment will most likely be a monthly percentage of the server's profits. It is a negotiable percentage. (e.g. 10% of the server's profit)

Why do you need "Expansive knowledge of Java and advanced implementation of the Bukkit API" to be System administrator?

I have been a sysAdmin for over 5 years now on countless servers. I have the highest rep out of all the responses and I am not 14years old like some people on the thread I know are... xD

lol okay.

People's definitions of a systems administrator are very different. Just because one can edit configs and copy commands from digital ocean doesn't mean that they're a systems administrator.

I am sadly not 14, I am currently 12, but note that I turn 13 in 5 days, so I qualify as 13.
I have alot of experience with MC servers, and have known Java since I was 10, so soon 3 years.
And I can contribute alot of time as I get alot bored, and thats why I also have a lot of web dev. experience, as thats what I do all day long..
