You still haven't clarified what you are wanting the developer to do. If it is a full server, then $20 would not cover the cost.

You first say full server, and now you say fixing bugs? Please write out what exactly you are wanting the person to do with full detail (meaning a list within complete sentences).

Provide as much detail as you can, meaning don't use one word descriptions.
