Hiya,

My name is Elijah and well I just recently joined MC-Market. I'm 15 years of age and I live in the United States. What am I doing here? Well, I have some friends here that are on MC-Market and so I decided to join because of them being here on MCM. What am I planning on doing here? I just am planning to chill, vouch for people, and maybe once and a while I'll help people with their configurations or getting setups done (such as permissions, plugins, etc) for them. I have plenty of experience at configuring plugin files, getting the best plugins at there needed for a server, setting up permissions, etc.

One important fact that you should know about me:

• I don't consider myself to be mature. I just like to have a good time.

Ahaha, don't worry! I've already read the rules and I'll be sure not to break 'em. I've actually lately been roaming around on the forums seeing how everything works.

It makes sense as to why so many MCM knock-offs are appearing now. In the past week I've found two new Minecraft-Development/Market forums being run by people who are seen frequently on here. One of which I thought may actually have a good chance of eventually replacing MCM until I noticed one of the staff members is someone who was recently outed on here as being a scammer.

It makes sense as to why so many MCM knock-offs are appearing now. In the past week I've found two new Minecraft-Development/Market forums being run by people who are seen frequently on here. If someone could create an efficient scam reduction system like MCM has and figure out a way of minimising the scamming issue (like paying high rep members to mm deals), as well as reducing the 'scamming asshole' population of their forums, I think MCM would be pretty quickly vacated, Its just the issue of doing that .

It's just like planet Minecraft. That website has been going downhill for years but people continue to use and join it simply because it has no direct competition. MCM follows that same basic principle.

Pretty much, we need someone to create a better marketplace. If anyone decides to read this, this is your invitation to create an awesome MCM alternative (or fix the current mcm). In theory a minecraft marketplace is an awesome idea, in practice. Not so much
