Hi, I am a 15 year old boy from Italy and I need you to open up my server (it's gonna be ours if you become owner). I know pretty well to speak english and I have experience with hosts, domains, configuring plugins, making websites , creating discord servers and also using photoshop. I am planning on creating a minecraft network starting off with the towny gamemode (we could change if you have better ideas), it's gonna be called Hizero (I have already a logo etc). I have a current budget of 15$/month which is not high (I know) but enough to mantain the server during development and in his first phase. As I stated in the title I need owners, people that will help me recruit staff, taking decisions, managing the money part of it and also developing the discord, mc server etc.. What am I gonna earn off this ? You may ask.. and well you are gonna be a shareholder of the server (30% of profits). Apart from Owners (I need two of them btw) , I will need at least 4 devs which in exchange for their work will get (in the first phase) Free paid services accounts (once in a while) and in the second phase (when we will get a constant income) will get paid.
