I live in Taiwan, I got a temperature of 37.8, coughed up a storm and been having stomachaches.
I haven't gone to get a test, and I'm still alive. There's a higher chance you going to the hospital to get it. So unless you're 100% sure you're really sick don't go.

I've been coughing slightly and had a horrible headache the other day and my throat gets really dry and swollen in the morning. As far as going to get tested, no thanks. Not interested in being separated and tested on by randos. Got me, my computer, and league of legends for the next bit
