   Any and all spawns, hubs, and other map(s) are done on a privately owned server by carlosmith only.
   1. Clients are not allowed on server in question.
2. All purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
   1. Purchases can be filed through PayPal or Credit/Debit card.
   2. All build(s) cannot be resold/redistributed and/or claimed as their own.
3. Upon purchase, the client will receive the respective file(s) to their specific package purchase and build(s) cannot be edited by carlosmith for specific server needs.
   1. File sharing will be completed after confirmed purchase and sent via digital file as separate schematic files and/or .zip file.
4. All projects will be viewed via in-game screenshots, Cinema4D render collage, and/or Sketchfab 3D preview.

$35 for a 100x100 build thats really expensive you might want to change it more.

The previous sale I did went extremely well and many commented that it is a great deal when most builders charge 50USD+
