Hello, my name is Jake AKA HollowDev, I have been in management positions on many servers and owned a few servers in my past, I'm looking for a new community to join and help get the server started and be successful. Mostly looking for a server that is open or almost open with a decent sized budget, I'm not looking for your home hosted servers.

I've been on MC-M for a while and have been very active, with about 500 hours total online time. Since I have not been with any communities for a while, this shows how much time I can put towards managing your server and working with your staff team.

Staff History (Past ranks / Other Servers): JustPvP, Kastia, Slabcraft, RelentlessCraft, ExistMC, MineUnited, AthenaMC & CrypticMC (I'll edit in proof when I find all of it).

More than a service: I'm not here just to make a quick buck, but to branch out and meet new people. I want to have a strong relationship with the staff team to make your server a solid server. I also like talking to the players, I'm not your Manager that just sits AFK in vanish all day, I'm out in the server walking around using chat and interacting with the players to get the most out of their experience.

• Work with the community, Suggesting to owners what the community wants.
• Moderate in game.
• Fix any Bug/Problems that may occur
• Over 100 Hours a month IN GAME and 150+ On the forums/Skype.
• Manage the staff team.
• Manage social media and advertisements.
• ~Anything else you may need.

Pricing: Depending on the size of the server and/or how much work is needed to put into it, Pricing can vary from $25 a month to $100 a month.

• 50% of payment is required before I start any work
• Payment is sent through paypal F&F
• You will not claim any of the documents and/or files I created as your own work
• You can not resell my documents without permission.

You seem to have quite a disdainful past here on MCM, and the dates show that this activity was rather recent. You may consider improving that reputation before offering a service that requires trusting you with a high-level position such as Manager. If these neg reps are false, people will want an explanation as they are very severe accusations.

I know this guy, he has been staff on Exist as Manager, Cryptic as Jr. Developer and AthenaMC as Owner/Founder.

How do you promise over 100 hours a month in-game? You realize that is 25 hours per week, which means you could only work for maybe two servers at a time? You are essentially promising all your free time to one server, this seems like a promise you cannot keep.

Also I'm not sure you are worth what you say you are as you clearly are known for scamming and stealing website designs.

All I know is that I wouldn't trust you with my server, let alone my money.

- The current owner of three servers and wants to work for more, bad rating and your history isn't promising.
- No good explanations that will make people trust you, pretty much it's you coming here thinking that if you said what you are people are gonna trust you with their servers + pay you monthly.
