Hello MCM today im looking for a dev to make me 2 plugins one being a gems plugin (if anyone knows an alt to this plugin that would be great) and a homes plugin very similar to plots

Okay so this plugin is in a way a currency plugin i need my players to be able to use gems to buy stuff with it (Goes along with the home plugin). i also need this plugin to hook onto the homes plugin as these two plugins depend on each other.
I need to be able to start my players off with a certain amount of gems when they first join the server. I also need to be able to set up a gems shop. (ex. player need to fix pickax or armor, or sword they can do so using a gem shop.) i also need this gem shop to be able to work in a gui.

/gem deposit <playername> <gem amount> (Admin Command: to give players gems)

Home
This home plugin is alot like plots but i dont want players to be able to edit the home, just their basement, but i do need them to be able to access the chest in their homes and i need them to not be able to place chest in their basements.
I need this plugin to execute commands through a gui. So an example is To get a house, you must type /home to access the homes menu.
From there, you can find(teleport player to the next available home plot thats open) , buy, upgrade, and renew your home(players will be renting it) along with leaving it if you wish.
for upgrades It takes some time to upgrade the homes/build them, usually 15 seconds. Note that when you wish to upgrade your home you will not lose items in the chests and your basement will be untouched (so i need their items to stay in a chest when the home upgrades)
You can renew your houses by clicking the gold ingot in the /home menu or typing /home renew. Example It costs 50k to add 3 days up to 28 days max. (Need this to be editable in a config, or when setting up a home)
If you seek to farm plants to make money or to complete quests you will need a home, and you can do such activities in your basement after you dig enough space. Make sure there is enough light for your crops. somewhere in the home there will be a opening to go down where the player will have to dig out his basement and in there they can do as they please they can make a farm build whatever they want. i just need them to not be able to place chest down there.
When upgrading your home, it will cost you gems that you got through voting, donating, or mining. You can upgrade your home up to 8 times.(In the GUI)
