Honest Hosting Reviews | VPS Hosting | Dedicated Servers | Minecraft Hosting | (more coming)
Note: We are currently putting the hosting review program through a revamp. The reviews are currently outdated.

OMGHosting:
Website: omghosting.net
Hosting Type Reviewed: Dedicated Server Hosting
Points: 5/6
Reason: I'm giving the dedicated server hosting five points because the dedicated server hosting support was great as well as the performance and network speed; but they do have a limited only 10TBPS bandwidth so if you are transmitting tons of high capacity files, this dedicated server hosting company is not for you. I think if they could make the network bandwidth higher and prices a touch cheaper, they would get a 6/6.

NoLag: (shut down)
Website: nolag.host
Hosting Type Reviewed: Minecraft Hosting
Points: 2/6
Reason: I think the prices are awesome for a super-budget-user and the support is good, but I have had some issues with the panel going down when the server is still online. I personally think this host is geared toward Budget users, and that is what it is great for. I think they could improve by making their prices higher, but if the only prices are this cheap it's really hard to make a big improvement with the things I listed above.

Aquatis:
Website: aquatis.host
Hosting Type Reviewed: Minecraft Hosting
Points: 1/6
Reason: The support takes too long to respond sometimes, but has improved. The lag in the NY datacenter is horrible. If you would like to buy Aquatis, i'd advise you to get the Canadian location, not the one in New York.

TigerNode:
Website: tigernode.com
Hosting Types Reviewed: Website & Minecraft Hosting
Website Hosting Points: 6/6
MC Hosting Points: 5/6
Reason Website Hosting: These websites are just AMAZING. I have never had lag, and the websites load almost instantly. They are insanely cheap for what you are getting. Highly recommend
Reason MC Hosting: Great hosting, sometimes a bit of lag spikes though

SuperToleratorHosting: (shut down)
Website: hosting.supertolerator.com
Hosting Type Reviewed: Website Hosting
Points: 3/6
Reason: This website host had good support & ease of use, but the hardware and speeds of the websites were very slow.

TheMinecraftHosting:
Website: theminecrafthosting.com
Hosting Type Reviewed: Minecraft Hosting
Points: 1/6
Reason: The reason why this host gets only a 1/6 is that the support is bad, the servers are slow, and the servers are not easy to use. The support acts like they are like seven years old, and they still use Multicraft 1.0 on some of their machines. They also use a very outdated copy of WHMCS.

Minespan: (name changed to PlayPro)
Website: minespan.com
Hosting Type Reviewed: Minecraft Hosting
Points 2/6
Reason: This hosting company panel and billing panel are good, but when I had 6 people on a 8GB server it was lagging for everyone like CRAZY. The prices used to be 1.00/GB when I bought it, and now it is 3.99/GB. The support is only on like 3 hours for 2 days a week.

ServerPlanet:
Website: serverplanet.co (shut down and merged into Nexril)
Hosting Type Reviewed: Minecraft Hosting
Points: 5/6
Reason: This is a great host and all, but I think the prices can be a little expensive for what you are getting. I'd recommend for them to add a budget line.

OVH:
Website: ovh.com
Hosting Type Reviewed: Dedicated Server Hosting
Points: 5/6
Reason: OVH has mostly good hardware and no lag, but the support is horrible. Sometimes the support can take days or weeks.

NodeCraft:
Website: nodecraft.com
Hosting Type Reviewed: Minecraft Hosting
Points: 5/6
Reason: This hosting company had a great custom panel. I also enjoyed the support, but the price is SUPER STEEP at $10/GB that is the only problem. I think they could improve by adding budget plans or lowering the price.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Love how you give OVH a 1 point knock off for support when they are unmanaged[DOUBLEPOST=1506078795][/DOUBLEPOST]Secondly, why did you say they have mostly good hardware? They have the newest hardware if you are willing to pay for it. Infact they are the only core i9 server provider i know of.

Also, most of these hosts run on OVH

My reviews are not just about hardware, also i'm talking about like "your IP or something is not getting delivered" "or it goes down and they take forever to fix it"[DOUBLEPOST=1506079513][/DOUBLEPOST]

Because some of it is more low-end also.

You can't rate a host on their low end servers. Take all the products into consideration. If you are going to rate the host by its lowest package, then you need to rerate all the other hosts by their lowest package.

How does that make sense? When you review something, you review what you buy. You don't go around reviewing EVERY item, EVERY service, EVERY price. This thread is just fine.
That makes sense. You're just misunderstanding what he says. He isn't necessarily saying rate a host by everything it sells but by the same standard. If you rate one host by the lowest degree service, it may not be the best and then going to get the highest package on another host and rating that will make the ratings unfair. You have to rate them by the same level of the package.

Also, if it has less RAM I would make the standards for how much it could handle lower. For example 1GB could hold five people and 2GB could hold 10 (this is just an example) Also, can you take this to DMs and stop trashing me, you are understanding this in the wrong way.
You are thinking about it like I don't vary the tests based on the RAM, and that is not true.
