Horizontal Genbuckets

Hello my name is OneShot, and I am currently setting up a skyblock server and am Think of some unique ideas for the server. Whenever I play Skyblock I find it relatively annoying to make a giant platform for my island. I was wondering if there were any devs out there willing to make me a plugin that works like genbucket, but instead of it flowing down in a line, it would make a square that is horizontal. We could have like a 25x25 genbucket, 50x50 genbucket, etc. When you place the bucket down that would become the center and the size of the platform selected would be genned. PLease let me know if this is possible. (I am willing to pay!)

So if I'm correct wherever you place your gen bucket it would make a square and the block you placed the gen bucket would be the center of the square? There also two gen bucket setting 25x25 and 50x50 and those are the sizes of the square? If that's the case I am able to do this for pretty cheap. I just need a little bit more information, for example can they buy gen buckets? Does it overlap on already existing blocks? Dm me if you are interested.
