I am looking for a dedicated server host (with a great network) that can give provide me with the following:
x5 64GB DDR4 Xeon E5s
x1 16GB DDR3 i7

Using ProxyPipe. Incase you didn't know, having protection on your machine can cause latency/connection issues.[DOUBLEPOST=1470971839][/DOUBLEPOST]

WholeSale has one of the worst networks I have ever seen. (A lot of packet loss)

I seen some providers allow you to toggle their existing mitigation so you can "suit yourself" if you wish.
