i see u have mad e a server and i need some help also
how do u allow build in regions its not workin /region flag <regionname> build allow

and how u setspawn for certain areas please help

/setspawn or /set spawn should work fine

And if /region flag NAME build allow is not working then you might want to double check the plugin is the correct version or try /rg instead of region. doing /pl or /plugins and checking if the plugin name is green will also help, if it's red then the plugin isn't working.

Best thing to do then would be set a warp or if you have multiverse then use the multiverse "set world spawn" command.

These questions can easily be answered by the host of the server.
