Who are we?
HostileNetwork and we're a new network that are currently looking for new chatmods to join our brand new staff team, we exist of just a few gamemodes for the time being whilst we get ready on our feet, our development team is very experienced and have a very large budget (will not be disclosed).

What do we want?
We're looking for about 6 new chatmods, experience with servers is not required since you will be monitoring and controlling the server chat whilst catching hackers.
We would like for you to have these qualities:
Hard Working.
Great with teams.
Mature.
Respectful.
Great under pressure.
Do not expect an promotion.
Doesn't ask questions.
Fast thinker.
Dedicated.

You must be atleast 16 years of age and be willing to provide us verification of your age.
If we like your application you will be dragged into a teamspeak interview to discuss further.

What can we offer you?:
We can offer you experience and the ability to become part of a community, we're not just any new network, we're a network with a large budget and are due to merge with a very large network, peaking at 1.1 thousand players most days (Name and details can't be disclosed)
If you like to help people, be modest and be respected in our community then joining our team is a perk for you!

What do we expect you to have?:
We don't want spoilt, rotten and immature people trying to become part of our team.
You must have a 100% clean plate, no scam reports or bans within the last 2 years.
You must listen to orders obey them.
You must listen to your commanding members.
We don't want you to be part of another server (staff, build team, management etc).
To have enough time to commit multiple hours per day to the server and players.

I have been staff on 2 servers at the same time and it is difficult

You answered yourself.
If you got a problem with that, then don't reply and don't bother posting on this thread, that is what we want our requirements for our staff so let it be.

no i was just trying to understand why... it isn't usually a problem from my experiences... i used to have a server but then my dev ddosed me stole the files so on, and i had staff that were staff on other servers, they were fine, and i was staff on another server... I just don't see that it is to big of a problem in my opinion, just wanted to know why it was to you...

We simply want to keep things simple with our staff. We don't want staff with dedication to two servers because they'll be stuck at Helper from lack of dedication which is pointless practically.

i see... it makes sense, i guess if i had a server with a big player base i would do the same thing xP my server got like 10 players a day so i didn't need to many staff on at all times i guess so it wouldn't have been too big of an issue

Sadly I can't apply then... I have recently been asked to be a moderator on ParallaxMC, So until I get demoted or resign from my position, I will sadly not be able to apply with the guidelines you have set.
