Hosting Companies | Is it still worth it?

Hey guys,

I was wondering, are new hosting startups even profitable? Are there too many hosts that not enough people need it anymore and you won't become profitable?

Or, are there more people looking for web host per usual because of this quarantine/summer and/or the # of people watning website hosting at younger ages is growing numbers because of earlier technology exposure as years go on?

The market is oversaturated with hosting companies, from my eyes I don't think it is
as profitable as it used to be.

It is very oversaturated but if you have huge budget its not a problem to open one
