Hosting Company General Manager (PAID)

Hello,

I am looking for a general manager for an established hosting company, this is a paid role. The host is primarily focussing on web hosting and managed services, branching into VPS and additional hosting services. An ideal position for someone looking to progress from a support position or someone who has considered starting a host but lacks funds.

The core requirements for this role include:
- When required, resolving clients' web hosting sales, billing or technical related support queries in a timely, professional and courteous manner via WHMCS, live chat and other platforms.
- Analyzing the brand performance, determining areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages and addressing them by developing strategies and implementing tactics.
- Driving revenue and growth by developing marketing and sales tactics.
- Developing and managing a team of support and sales staff.

The ideal person would be or have:
- Previous knowledge within a hosting company dealing with web and VPS clients.
- Deep knowledge of WHMCS, cPanel and WHM.
- Must be flexible, trustworthy and reliable.
- Possess excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Ideally based in the UK/Europe but this would be essential.
- A passion for providing the highest level of customer service (super important!)
