Oh well, I am turning 15 in november and don't really feel like investing and/or moving around. I'm pretty sure I'm not even close to your location. And honestly, you should not be recruiting anyone over gaming communities for professional business, as anyways, it has been said a lot, MCM has very less members above 16 and other communities are about the same... I would be able to pick up any hosting job, but over the internet.
