Hi. I wanted to ask how much it costs to start JUST WEB HOSTING, DISCORD WEB HOSTING AND SELLING RDP SERVERS.

A rough figure should be good. Will not be within the MC niche - niche i'll be working in, people over charge af and there is not much availability, but just wanted an idea on the amount. (dw im not mcm kiddo with $10)

Try buying reseller programs from other hosting sites that give you WHMCS and allow you to use their nodes, they're relatively cheap for starting a hosting company and can get you into the industry. Also allowing you to make more money to make your own company.

It all depends on the size of each thing you want to sell, I will try to give you a rough estimate:

Billing:
Use WHMCS for 16 USD a month or without branding about 20 USD. I would not put it with the rest of the host though.

Web Hosting:
Well, for web hosting you would want either another machine or a VPS.
Dedicated: 100~ USD for managed (including licensed cpanel), around 50 USD for unmanaged
VPS: It will suit you only for a small scale, 20-30 USD unmanaged and 50-60 for managed.
CPanel is now more expensive so those pricing might change.

You might also want to consider using addons, to be more competetive, for example:
JetBackup: 6 USD per month (backup software)
Softacalus: 24 USD a year for dedi, 12 for VPS. There are almost no hosts without it (automatic script installer)

You can also put it with the RDP depending on your setup.

Discord
You really don't need a very powerful server, something that will cost 10-15 USD per month will be more then enough. You should have a panel for it like Pterodactyl, which you can get here in MCM for a vouch. You can also put it with the RDP depending on your setup.

RDP
Get an unmanged Dedi for 100~ USD per month. If you want to sell VPS's add Virtualizor license for 10 USD a month (one node, unlimited VPSs), I have personally ran a host with them and they are very good.
I don't know how Windows licensing will work for you.

RDP hosting ain't worth it. Just do web and reseller.

That seems enough.
Graphics will cost around $100
Website, if template is around $25, if custom, around 200-300
And some other stuff around $50
and then paying monthly for things is like $150/mo.
So you won't make much within 3-4 months.

Whmcs, honestly just go with a reseller, probably around 20-30 dollars, dedicated servers are around 50-200$ you’d probably want something high end as that’s basically the market at this current time. You need a unique feature, about the hosting company. Low costs, 24/7 support are not unique features in anyway shape or form. For pterodactyl it’s like 5-10 dollars for a vps. MySQL, is another vps. Graphics are like 30-60 dollars depending on the designer you are going with. Now onto the next part a custom website you’d want one before entering this market to make a good first impression to the person it makes quite a huge impact pricing for that would be 100-200. Thread design is like another 20-40 dollars. Last but not least is registration it’s highly recommended getting registered before you even open up the business pricing on that various. This is all on my personal experience in the past with this, don’t expect to make a profit the first 3-6 months.

If you go the traditional route of not owning anything and only renting then the price will differ a lot from the best route which is owning assets and leasing them. If you're looking to go the traditional route then I find it very unlikely that you'll be able to set yourself apart with the budget you have available, and with no technical knowledge even the best route might not work out quite so well for you - unless you can raise some sort of capital for recruitment of actual professionals.
