Out of all the ideas you came up with I'd choose setting up a Minecraft server - IF - you're creative. You don't need a massive marketing budget to get the ball rolling if you're familiar with the game and know what people want. Market research is more important than paying for banner ads everywhere.
Hosting services are saturated. Way too expensive to start because it's so competitive. This is a market where you need volume (a ton of customers) - that are paying little to nothing for servers.
Shopify is feasible, but it all boils down to what you're good. This goes for anything.

Ok hearing tht hosting is too overused I think I’ll try other avenues, I’ve currently got a dropshipping Shopify being built and might look into starting a Minecraft server as well. I use to own a couple back in the day so Ik how it works just would have to get up to date on what servers are popping and such. Know anyone looking to partner or know anyone I can reach out too in setting up and getting it started? slosh
