Yea I can tell you your not going to get a vps or a dedi with those specs for $16/mo. And even Minecraft hosting good luck most places are $2+/gb for a i7-7700.

You should see how overallocated his machines are. We have been with him in a few hosting chats and he usually flexes to us the resource usages of 90-100% CPU and RAM.

No one else is going to beat that offer because of the fact it is not even doable without massive overselling, and most providers with the same or similar CPU won't do that. So just feel free to go with him if that's what you're looking for. lol
