I thought they had some packet thing, as how would they connect you to a different server without even joining the network (One of the Asia players told me that get gets almost the exact same ping to me to hypixel on the minecraft multiplayer page
Rather complicated and done through a series of DNS Records and other things, popularly RedisBungee. Not really needed unless your a large network. I suggest you get a good host that allows for a resonable global ping.

Do you know any hosts that are good for global networks suing packets or somthing?

If your from West coast USA and there from anywhere in asia hosting in Japan should give out the best result of latency.
LA -> tokyo 107ms
Malaysia -> Tokyo 85ms
NY -> tokyo 203ms
(Ping Results provided by my large collection of VPSes from api)

Hypixel probably has full dedicated servers that are not shared with other communities. This creates a lag-free environment.

I use Dallas TX and i'm from Australia and I give relatively good ping (considered when connecting to America). I don't buy Australian servers because they're too expensive.
