Hosting Partner

As you may discern from the title, I am seeking a hosting partner. I am aware that as I am considered "new", you may be asking what you could possibly stand to gain from my lack of reputation.

I am from a server that has recently closed down due to the owner being unwilling to provide for us while it is under heavy maintenance. This has left our community -300+ strong- with disappointment and longing for somebody to remake its legacy.
While I cannot say with entire certainty how much the server earned during its lifespan, I am confident that it was upwards of $1,000 USD. This is due to the price of the ranks and the sheer amount of people who purchased one.
So, why am I disclosing all of this to you? I believe that this shows how well the server performed and how much potential there is for it to be remade. It shows that there are many players who would want to see the server back up, and I have no doubt that they would wish to make purchases on it.

From a host, I would require ONE free server, preferably of 6GB RAM or upwards, with any control panel. In return, you will receive advertisements on our Discord and in-game (these can be discussed with you), and I am more than open to consider a profit share once we begin making a turnover.

Don't want to be mean or harsh or anything, but can't you spend about 6$ for a 6gb of ram minecraft server? If you can't then maybe you shouldn't be making a server because you aren't calculating advertisements, the price of assets like art and custom plugins. I don't want to sound rude or anything, and I apologize if I do sound rude in advanced.

I understand your point of view, however, I do not have a budget. That is why, for now at least, I am requesting a free server. Assets will not be needed as we can already account for those, and at current, I do not believe premium advertising will be required. Thank you for your input.
