For example: Your bill is due March 1st, I will remind you 7 days or so before that payment will be due on the day before the due date.Late payments are not tolerable.

Mainly the base aspect of as much time i can put in. Doing it this way i only have to help a few people here and there and its not a huge hassle. Im slowly working into it.

I would recommend it. The invoice system you seem to be running seems complicated.
