I'm currently in the process of setting up a new Hosting Service Provider, I understand It can be a hard market to go into, However. I'm going to be looking at ways to make this company as unique as possible and offer the best prices we can for the amazing piece of equipment we will be getting shortly.
However, the main reason of this post - I'm looking for staff members to join the team; Here is a breakdown of what you will be doing and what you will get in return.

Sales Representative
What we expect from you.
We don't really expect much from you as you'll be doing this commission based so we don't expect you to be doing a lot, However.
We do say - "The more effort you put in, the more you'll get out"
We also expect you to be answering sales emails that come in and get a response back to customers as quickly as possible
What you can expect from us.
15% of profit from the inital sale, so anything they buy from us you'll get 15% straight back to yourself. You'll then continue to get 10% commission each month they stay with us, so for example If they stay for 3 months, You'll get 10% each month, However. If they decide to purchase a dedicated server, You'll then get 15% from that even If they are 3 months in but, this is only for the 1st month then you'll continue to get 10%
The more sales you bring the more your commission % will go up.
So as you can see we do make sure It's worth your while.
Service Support
What we expect from you.
We don't really expect much from you as this is a voluntary position for now, However this does not mean you can't bring sales and get money from that but, as you'll be offering support we do increase the commission % up just a little to help smooth you over.
What you can expect from us.
