Hosting Services (4GB)

Hello, I'm looking for a Minecraft Hosting company to supply me with a minecraft server that has approximately 4GB so I can test my plugins/setups/configurations there.

Preferably it would be great for the hosting to be hosted in the United States. I need the hosting to be free, however, I will be putting the hosting company in my bio and in my signature. I will eventually have the money to pay back I just need some time as I have to assist my family with their problems first. I am not looking for a 1 month hosting, I need at least 3 months.
