Hosting Services for NodeJS

Hello,

I'm looking for a hosting service that currently supports and has the ability to host a website I've code in NodeJS:

Currently seeking the following:

• Pricing per GB / Pricing per core
• Decent sized NVME drives for the price.
• Ability to upgrade in the future if needed, instantly or in a 12 hour span.

I have looked into solutions currently on the website (Clovux for at least VPS hosting, which I have used in the past), but I am definitely needing something panel based, as I don't need a full machine.

Currently location doesn't bother me to much, I prefer Dallas or somewhere close to a Data center location near the Cloudflare Networks in North America will do the trick.
Please list your specifications below of what type CPU (type), RAM (speed), and NVME drives your data center utilizes.

P.S. If like your services, I will use them in the future
(Also I'm not a big fan of PayPal, have had problems using them in the past, so if you use them as your sole payment processor I will unfortunately have to pass.)
