you probably should just save your money and not try to set up a hosting company if you're going to use reseller hosting. Once you have enough money to afford a dedicated server, then you could try. Also, learn how to do things yourself instead of paying people do it for you. It will save you money and honestly is more efficient.

Well I half agree with this, but even before they even attempt a hosting company they need to have money to sustain it, you also need to register the hosting company.

if its in the US, you don't NEED to but it looks way more professional.
