Hello everyone, im Fred and im the owner and CEO of STORM-HOST
Our aim and promise is to offer suitable hosting for our clients we wont give you promises we cannot complete meaning im not going to sit here and tell you that our support tickets will be Answered within minutes because our average response time is between 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes just dependent on how busy we are!
Whilst the development team focus mainly on the development of the website and billing panel we are looking for several people to help run the teams and come in and support with sales and also tickets both on Discord and website also.
We have about 5 different roles vacant which all ARE PAID
Sales REPS : these roles are designated for amazing people that decide to help get the business thriving with customers and the business to expand this is a role that we pay
Pay Rate : To be discussed.
Support REPS : this role is designed for those who wish to help help and even more help the customers we have coming in the doors we have 2 sectors Discord Support and website support.
Pay Rate : To be discussed
Supervisors : We are currently looking for a few supervisors to help with management decisions and to help with the way the hosting company is ran. All our supervisors will be trained on both sales and support and will be 16+ years of age. These roles are maintained by people who wish to successfully smash targets and thrive to be the best.
Pay Rate : To be discussed.
Sales Management : Someone to run a team of sales staff whom is willing to progress someone who likes to set targets and achieve goals. Someone who is willing to use there own initive within the sales department and come out with discounts. Someone who is willing to help General Management with the daily running's of the business.
Pay Rate : To be discussed.
Support Management : Someone to run a team of support staff who is willing to progress someone who likes to set and smash targets and meet deadlines. Someone who is willing to use there own minds on ideas to make the business more thriving for our new and existing customers.
