I am looking for support reps for a hosting company.

We are looking for the following:

Onsite Support Reps: (5/6)
Sales Reps: (1/)

All support positions are paid based off of completed tickets. The rates are:

$0.10 - $0.25 per ticket.
Bonuses are given monthly based on the person who completes the most.

Sales positions are paid a percentage of each deposit their client makes. Meaning you can continue to make money from one client as they continue to deposit money.

Do not add me if you have no previous hosting experience or resume to show.

We do not yet. We would like to see how everyone preforms first. We will then choose a range for the pay. The better you do, the higher the pay per ticket will be.

Yes, but would you rather buy from a company that has their staff under an NDA or not?
I mean, I know which one I'd rather.

I mean I'd rather have staff that I trust.

My Dad worked for a bank for 30 years and now works for an investment company. At both jobs they both would not work with someone who asked them to sign an NDA.

If you're a registered hosting company, get them to sign a contract and put a non-disclosure section in the contract
