My name is Evan. I am 15 years old, however I turn 16 in about two weeks. I live in Ireland. I enjoy gaming, photography, and coding.
I am currently in Transition Year in school. This is essentially a gap year in which you remain in school, however you don't do exams or receive homework, with the main focus being on completing various modules and courses, such as first aid, Microsoft office, and most importantly; work experience. I have so far completed two weeks of work experience. One in my local supermarket, and another in a large radio station, known as iRadio.

EXPERIENCE PebbleHost — Support Agent February 2018 - June 2018
At PebbleHost, I was a Tier 3 Support Agent. My roles were fixing issues with people's services, providing information about the service, and dealing with billing issues, all through a ticketing system. I have worked with both Pterodactyl and Mulitcraft.
AJGaming Network — General Manager February 2017 - August 2017
During this period of time I went from being a chat moderator, to the general manager of AJGaming Network.. I designed servers, developed them, managed staff, and handled server events.

Mature
I consider myself to be quite mature. I can deal with situations of a sensitive nature without causing a scene.
Professional
Simply put, I am professional. I write in a professional manner, and my behavior is also professional. I am a positive face for a network. I can also type over 90 WPM, which results in fast responses.
Patient
Patience is key. I do not lose my cool when situations get tense, and I never lash out at fellow staff members or members of the community.
Kind
I am most certainly kind, to players and staff members alike. I welcome new people, and I love to interact with the community, and get to the community I am working with
Helpful
I am a helpful person. If someone needs help, I will always do my best to help them, and if I can not do so, I will point them in the direction of someone who can.
Efficient
I enjoy problem solving, and as a result; I can solve problems with efficiency. I can also multitask and deal with multiple issues at a time.
Knowledgeable
I have a wide knowledge of Minecraft, and the ropes of Minecraft servers, and how they are run. I have achieved this over my six years of playing Minecraft, and my time staffing Minecraft servers, and working with Minecraft based companies.
Leadership
I can lead a staff team, and be a positive role model. I can help them build their skills to become better at their role, and provide constructive advice to do the same. I can also warn them if they do something incorrect, in a positive manner, without seeming as though they are getting into trouble.
