Looking for a cheap (Around 1$/GB) host that's willing to supply me with a dedicated IP for cheap or free. I know it's a stretch but I know they're out there as well. If you know of one or own one that would like to help me out. Let me know :)

No disrespect, but I'd prefer a host that is not only registered but that I can rely on. I don't want to work with a starting host.
