The price of the domain name alone was around 70€ (since it's a .gg). Add the logo work, website and hours put into the project, I would say it is a fair price.

These ones are actually mobile friendly too. So he not only is selling a template but one that removes a functionality. Also do you have permission to resell these files as it is a template?
