It's 2 beds, 2 bath. Mid building, selling for $1.1 million. This is a nicer apartment, but many of the even more luxurious apartments will go for upwards of $10 million. San Francisco real estate is crazy.
I live in japan , [student , foreign exchange program ] I live with a room-mate. Yes at 17 years of being old and we pay 2500$ per month approx. then another 300$ for other stuff. Luckily I have a part time job that makes a lot more money. The Flat is 1000 sq feet.
