Housings plugin

Introduction:
I am the owner of a dutch Harry Potter server and I need a plugin to make housings. Housings are some sort of large skyblock islands. The template for the housings must be a schematic. Every player must be able to use /housing. /housing opens a gui where you can tp to your housing and upgrade it. In the first phase your housing contains a 10x10 area. The next upgrade is 12x12, 15x15, 20x20 and upgrades must be easy to add via the config and prices must be also in the config. When you do /housing <player>, a gui pops up where you can tp to the player's housing. Via the gui there must be some options to give or remove a player's build permission. There must be some flags like allow-visit (default true), chest-access (default false). You must be able to switch them via /housing.

The 10x10 area starts in the middle of the island, where the schematic is saved and where the spawn is as well.

Payment: 50 dollars (Can be discussed)

Timeframe: 1 week (for full payment), 2 weeks (for lower price)

TOS:

• You will provide support for at least 3 months.
• You will patch all bugs for at least 3 months.
• You will give us the full source code and you will give us the permission te modify the code.
• You will never resell the plugin without a refund of all costs to me and without full permission by me.
• I am not allowed to resell the plugin on spigot but I am allowed to sell it as a plugin on my server.
• Payments will be made with paypal.

Bought this plugin for 45 dollars instead of the offers of 115 dollars.
