my account is limited, been through several chargebacks, nothing happens to be honest lmao all you cant do is put money from your bank to your paypal until u get it unlimited which is a useless variable to me since i just receive money via paypal and pay via paypal balance but yea ! your perfectly fine if you dont need to move money from bank>pp

How old are you? If you're eighteen you should try calling PayPal to resolve the issue

Actually just tested it out, for some reason the limit doesn't affect me sending, spending, or receiving the money

It doesn't, you just have to rely on your PayPal balance being separated from your bank's balance.
If you want to pay through your bank/card, link them. But you can not directly add to your paypal balance. Only withdraw.
This happened to me, all I did was submit my SSN, and my Driver's License and my account got un-limited.

You can't add money from your bank account to your paypal balance, but you can receive payments to your paypal balance

Did ur parents call. My parents called and got money moved from my account to bank account OFC they were mad but no big deal.
