Custom jar's maybe? I also believe that they load balance people over multiple servers.
Good hardware and custom Jars
better servers
they don't spend $1 a month on a 1gb plan, their servers are likely hundreds or more of gb of ram, and that combined with good cpu speeds and stuff like custom jars as Redshadus mentioned heavily reduces lag
Custom jar's can do a lot for a server. Packets can be optimized, physics can be changed/simplified to increase TPS. There's lot's that can be optimized and changed. How much influence does custom jar have on the stability of the TPS server and server performance?
What is the best hardware right now for handling server that had 1k players on it? what do you think?[DOUBLEPOST=1556805435][/DOUBLEPOST]
is there any custom jar for bungeecord? because I had problems with bungeecord, The server will experience a spike lag once or twice for as long as 10 minutes and I think that there is a problem in my bungeecord.

Also, custom jars are generally made with server in mind. So if you have features that don't require component X, maybe that component can be simplified to increase TPS
I don't think so. To my knowledge optimizing a bungeecord jar doesn't make sense. There won't be too many people in your lobby, and if so, you balance the load over multiple hub servers.does this also apply to bungecord jar?

That can be caused by anything, really. Perhaps one of your plugins is just laggy?Have you ever had problems when a whole network lag spikes like every couple minutes? I had this problem when there's a player on the server.
