How can a lifesteal minecraft server be grown?

Greetings, I have recently opened my Minecraft SMP lifesteal server and have taken the customary approach of advertising on server lists, some little discord promotes. However, my efforts to attract YouTubers and subsequently gain players have been rather unsuccessful. The majority of individuals I have come across either engage in artificial boosting or possess a relatively small following. Despite this setback, I do possess a reasonable budget. If anyone has any valuable tips or is willing to extend their assistance, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Personally think Lifesteal is dead at the moment, my server failed hard after we dropped about $1,000 into marketing, including discord ads, youtubers. Server was even unique and stood out amongst competition, just at the moment think it is a poor time to release one. We'll be trying again near the start of Summer.

Also a very saturated gamemode.

Not sure what gamemode is even active now days. I heard lifesteal is now the trend, but i guess everyone has an opinion.

I have not spent 1k on minecraft marketing, or yet. Im getting started and i need to find a good way or help :)
