How can I get a better Reputation

Hey! There are several ways to get reputation. The most common ways are as follows:
- The best way is by offering a free service in exchange for vouchers or positive reputation. If you have any special talent, ranging from developing or building, just give it a try!
- If you decide to make a service thread, make sure you present yourself well or possibly purchase a design thread.
- Buying/Selling special accounts from people with fantastic past reputation, specifically people who give rep to those who are quick and fast with purchases.
- Purchasing from service teams. Be sure to get straight to the point as to what you want - and be sure to give valuable feedback post-purchase.
- Purchase other products from the marketplace or the resources page. Be sure to give an extensive review of their products.
- Give positive rep to people who positively respond to your threads, and there is a chance that those people may give positive feedback back to you.
- Have forum etiquette by following the rules and responding to new posts. Responding to new posts doesn't mean responding with unconstructive posts - have your posts actually mean something (see rule 1.8!). Be very active on the forums in general. Don't revenge rep - never a good idea!

Perhaps make a service and offer vouch copies - I don't know what that service will be, but find something that takes your fancy, build it up and stick to it.
Obviously, reputation grows naturally, and as you do more deals, your reputation will ascend. It's more of a natural process, than anything. I got the bulk of my reputation before the site even launched the reputation feature, so it looks like I have barely any - most of it is on my profile page.
