How can I get access to the Minecraft OG Accounts Forums?

I made my account around a year ago and have only started using it yesterday as I'm trying to buy one of those og minecraft accounts.
I keep getting the message "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action." when I go to this link.
Is there anything I'm missing? Are OG accounts not sold anymore? Do I need to be more active?

Hi There!

Some months ago, the MC-Market Owners made an announcement saying that MC-Market is not associated with Mojang and since then Minecraft Account Sales are not allowed anymore, possibly OG-Accounts are not sold too anymore and that category doesn't exist.
