How can i improve Chaoticcraft?

I would like you to check out my server ip - Chaoticcraft.net and tell me what needs improving.
No Bullshit like ... more players. I want honest opinions. We have a custom spawn we are adding when we reset on the 16th. And the custom enchantment bugs are being fixed by our dev

First of all Don't sell it on MC-Market, But honestly its a great server to me, Add some voting rewards ETC. For players who can't donate. GL!

we have it where when you vote you get rewards and at 35 a vote party. but if you mean after a certain amount of votes like 50 you get a prize i can look into it
