How can I learn to code spigot plugins?

So I want to learn to code Spigot plugins and Bukkit plugins but I don't know what I need to learn to do these things. I do know I need to learn Java and I want to know what I need to learn first and which one I should learn first Spigot or Bukkit?

Thank you for this I will definitely be checking out those resources. And I was never really into books so I guess that's why I never started that. But I do want to put the work in so at the end I get a good end result. Also thank you to everyone who helped me and replied to this thread also sorry for making another thread like this Huli... Hey BlastHappy I was wondering if you could tell me if I need to learn anything in specific or just everything also I did get a book it's called Java for Dummies so that's why I'm asking.
