How can I monetize my website like YouTube does?

Yo, so I am working on a site "Paint Tube", basically YouTube for art only, much better, will have a section to sell art, share pictures of art and art videos. My question is, how can I have ads on videos like YouTube does? I do have a option for people to donate to creators but would like to have a option so people can make money without donations too. Would love some help on this lol I am such a noob with this crap, I am using a HTML website template so that shows how much I know haha

Voltox is right, this seems a bit too big of a project for a tiny budget and barely any programming knowledge. Remember, the site you're competing with has 15 years of history and a massive budget of billions.

Yeha I kinda don't expect it to be big, more so just a place for small artists to get known, I run a large youtube channel with 30k subs, its a art channel, so a good portion would join and in general i could probably get a nice amount of users probably, nothing crazy but just a place to get known more
